1. Services at Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning
At Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning, we provide residential and commercial floor care services, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability. Also, services may vary by location with Snohomish, Skagit, and Island Counties in the state of Washington.
2. Booking & Payment
Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by email or by phone.
Estimates: Quotes provided via email or by phone are non-binding until a technician inspects the site.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Additionally, any monthly specials you would like applied must be presented before the completion of the booked service.
3. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
Provide clear access to the areas to be cleaned.
Remove breakable or valuable items in the cleaning area.
Notify us of any special cleaning requirements or delicate materials.
All in all, we are not liable for damage caused due to undisclosed conditions or improper use of our Services.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Here at Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning, we strive for 100% satisfaction. That being said, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We always work to resolve the issue, which may include a re-cleaning or partial refund, at our discretion.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smith Brothers Carpet Cleaning and its employees shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Damage due to pre-existing conditions or wear and tear
Loss of data, income, or personal property not directly caused by our negligence
Furthermore, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
